What exactly is AMXIORA?

AMXIORA is a company registered in Estonia — inside the European Union — that acts as a legal and commercial intermediary between Latin American professionals and their European clients. We are not a recruitment agency or a freelancer platform. We are the legal bridge that allows you to invoice, get paid and operate in Europe without setting up a company.

Who is AMXIORA for?

For independent Latin American professionals — SAP consultants, software developers, digital marketing specialists, language coaches and financial advisors — who have or could have a work offer or project with a European company, but do not have the legal structure to invoice and get paid formally.

How does the process work exactly?

The process has three steps: first, you contact us and tell us about your case — the offer, the client, the project value. Then AMXIORA signs the contract with your European client as legal intermediary, and you sign with AMXIORA. Once the project starts, AMXIORA issues the invoice to the client, receives the payment and transfers your agreed net amount to you.

How long does it take to get started?

Once you contact us and we confirm the details of your case, the contract signing process can be completed within a few business days. No weeks of waiting or complex bureaucracy — that is exactly what we exist for.

What contracts are signed?

Two separate contracts are signed: one between AMXIORA and the European client — regulating the commercial relationship, deliverables and payment terms — and the one between AMXIORA and you as the professional — establishing your net amount, delivery conditions and your obligations. Both contracts are drafted under Estonian law and are legally binding.

Does the European company know how much AMXIORA pays me?

No. Your compensation terms are confidential and only appear in the contract between AMXIORA and you. The European client only sees the total value of the service AMXIORA invoices them — without any internal breakdown.

Does AMXIORA only work with senior SAP Consultants?

We focus on profiles with real and demonstrable experience — not necessarily years of seniority, but proven technical judgement. For SAP FICO we prioritise functional profiles with experience in FI, CO, AA or TR modules and S/4Hana knowledge. If you are unsure whether your profile qualifies, write to us, and we will evaluate it together.

Are language sessions live or recorded?

All sessions are 100% live. We only work with coaches who deliver real-time personalised sessions — because we believe human interaction is what actually builds language fluency.

How much does AMXIORA's service cost?

AMXIORA does not charge fixed upfront fees. Our model works as an intermediary — we retain a percentage of the total project value, which is agreed with you before signing any contract. No surprises, no hidden costs.

Why Estonia?

Estonia is one of Europe's most digitally advanced countries and has one of the most agile company registration systems in the world. Being inside the European Union, invoices issued by AMXIORA have fiscal validity in all EU contries — Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, France and any other European country.

What happens if the European client does not pay?

AMXIORA manages the commercial relationship with the client — including payment follow-up. Our contracts include clear payment terms and late payment penalties. Your payment is protected by the terms of the contract AMXIORA signs with the European client.

Do I need to already have a concrete offer, or can you help me find one?

Both options exist. If you already have an offer with a European client and just need the legal structure to invoice — that is our most common case. If you do not have the offer yet but want to go international — we can also talk with you to understand your profile and guide you.

CONTRACTS & DOCUMENTS

What about my taxes?

As an independent professional your are responsible for your tax obligations in your country of residence. AMXIORA does not withhold taxes unless strictly required by law. We recommend consulting a local tax advisor on how to declare income received from Estonia.

BY SERVICE

Does AMXIORA offer regulated or certified financial advisory?

No. AMXIORA connects clients with financial education coaches, personal planning and financial habits specialists — services that do not require certifications regulated by European bodies such as MiFID II. We do not offer investment management or regulated financial products.
